If you’ve created an editing recipe you love, you can easily reuse it by saving a Custom Preset. This preset will be available on all your devices.

  1. Open an image in Single Photo View, then open the Edit Panel in the Details Panel.

  1. Edit your photo using any of Mylio Photos’ available adjustment tools. (You can use a built-in preset as a starting point if you wish.)

  1. When you’ve finished editing, scroll up to the Presets section and click the Add button at the bottom of the Presets list. (If the Add button is not visible, click Show More to reveal the rest of the list.)

  1. Create a Name for your Preset. Under Include Adjustments, you have the following options:
    • None – This will not save any of the editing adjustments but will give you the option of saving only the Crop and/or Rotate settings in your Preset.
    • Changed ones – This will save your editing adjustments, and when applied to another image will only adjust those sliders that were changed and preserve settings in sliders that are not referenced.
    • All – This will save all applied editing adjustments, and when applied to another image will reset and adjust all sliders to match the new Preset settings.
    • Toggle the switch next to Include Crop if you’d like your custom Preset to include crop settings.
    • Toggle the switch next to Include Angle if you’d like your custom Preset to include rotation settings.

  1. Click Save – your new Custom Preset is now ready to use on additional photos and will be synced to all your devices.

Hi Dawn - Lightroom and Mylio Photos have very different editing capabilities (and under-the-hood algorithms) so it isn’t possible to import or easily duplicate Lightroom presets into Mylio Photos.

However, if you’d like to continue using Lightroom to edit, you can make use of the Mylio Photos-Lightroom plugin (more info here: https://manual.mylio.com/22.1/en/topic/editing-with-lightroom).

I have several purchased LR presets that I use frequently. Is there any way to import them or duplicate the basic edits in Mylio?
