Resizing or cropping a photo to a specific aspect ratio can be necessary for a variety of situations. The most common is for creating a print in a standard size. For example, a U.S. standard print size is 8×10 inches, which equates to a 4:5 aspect ratio. Let’s resize and crop a photo to fit.
- Open an image in Single Photo View that you wish to resize to a specific aspect ratio, then click the Crop icon in the Quick Actions Bar.
- Click Aspect Ratio at the bottom of Mylio Photos and select an aspect ratio or enter a custom aspect ratio. For this example, we’ll choose 5×7 inches.
- To move the image inside the crop, click inside the image and drag to reposition the image inside the crop rectangle.
- When you’re happy with the results, press Enter on your keyboard or select Done at the bottom of Mylio Photos.

At this time there isn’t an option to save a custom crop preset, but the built-in preset for 2x3 is the same ratio as 4x6. Hope that helps!

We print many 4 x 6 prints. When we crop, we can't get the "Custom" aspect ratio to save the custom aspect at a 4x6 dimension. Thus, we have to repopulate the size fields each photo. Any recommendation to address this is very appreciated.
