Update Your Email Address
- Go to account.mylio.com and log in to your Mylio Account.
- Click on Change next to your email address.
- Enter your new email address twice to confirm the change, then select Change Email.
- The next time you launch Mylio Photos, you’ll be prompted to log in using the new email address.
!NOTE: If you created your account using a third-party sign-in such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, or Apple, you will need to continue logging in to Mylio Photos using that account, even after changing the email address associated with your account.
Update Your Password
- Go to account.mylio.com and log in to your Mylio Account.
- Click on Change next to your password.
- Enter your old password, then enter your new password twice. When you’re finished click Change Password.
- You will be asked to enter the new password the next time you open Mylio Photos on any of your devices.
Reset a Lost or Forgotten Password
- Go to account.mylio.com or open Mylio Photos if you are not yet signed in on that device.
- Below the sign-in fields, click Forgot Password? Reset it.
- Enter the email address associated with your Mylio Account and click OK.
- Check your email and follow the included instructions to reset your Mylio password.
- You will be asked to enter the new password the next time you open Mylio Photos on any of your devices.
!NOTE: If your account was created using a third-party sign-in method (Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Facebook) please sign in using that method instead of an email address and password.
