Add Categories to Folders

1. Open Mylio Photos, select the Folders view, and select one or more folders.

*TIP: Learn how to select multiple folders from a computer, or from a phone or tablet.

2. Open the Info Panel in the right panel.

3. Scroll down to the Categories section and click the + icon.

*TIP: Add a Category or edit the Category List by clicking on the Pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Category List.

4. When you’re finished adding Categories, click the Apply button to add the selected Categories to your selected folder(s).

!NOTE: When a Category is applied to a Folder, all contents of that folder will inherit the Category. If photos or sub-folders are moved out of the categorized parent Folder, the inherited Category will no longer apply.
