If you’re having trouble finding the answer to your question or something doesn’t seem to be working right, don’t worry! You can easily get in touch with our customer success team by following the steps outlined below. We’ll work with you to address any issues or concerns you may have and help you get back to enjoying Mylio Photos.
- Click or tap the question mark icon in the top app bar.
- Choose Contact Mylio Support.
- If you have screenshots you’d like to include, click the button for Information to Send and choose Attach an Extra File. Settings for other information to send can remain at their default settings unless you’ve been instructed otherwise by a member of the Mylio support team.
- Click the button to Fill Out Web Form. This will launch your default internet browser and open a contact form on the Mylio website.
- Under Requesting help with: choose the option that best fits your support request.
- The email address associated with your Mylio account will be automatically filled.
- Enter a Subject for your message.
- Enter your Message and include as much information as possible, including the steps you took in Mylio Photos that led to the issue.
- When you’re finished, click the Submit button. One of our customer success specialists will be in touch with you via email as soon as possible.
