Import From Photos for macOS

*NOTE: If you have more than one Apple Photos Library, make sure the the library you’re importing to Mylio Photos has been designated as the System Photos Library. Open Apple Photos, then from the Photos menu, choose Preferences. Under General, select the Apple Photos Library you wish to import and click the button to Use as System Photo Library.

1. Click or tap the plus icon in the top app bar to open the Add Media dialog.

2. Choose Add media from Photos for macOS, iPhoto, or Aperture.

3. Select Apple Photos, then click the Select button.

4. Confirm the Apple Photos Library to import, then click the Copy Now button.

As you add to your Apple Photos Library, your photos will be automatically added to your Mylio Photos Library as well, and will be accessible across all your synced devices via the Mylio Photos app. Click here to learn more about how Mylio Photos handles images from the iCloud Photo Library.
