Mylio Photos’ LifeCalendar™ helps you rediscover important moments and memories from your one-of-a-kind life story. The LifeCalendar can be viewed as Decades, Years, Months, or Days. You can even add Events and Linked Calendars to make finding the photos you’re looking for easier than ever.
Navigating the Calendar View
Start by opening Mylio Photos and double-clicking or double-tapping on the Calendar View icon 
in the left sidebar. This will take you to the top level of the Calendar in Decade mode where you can see each year listed with a featured photo for each year.
- Double-click or tap on a Year to view the Months in that year, along with the featured photo for each month.
- Double-click or tap on a Month to view the days in that month, along with the feature photo for each day.
- Double-click or tap on a Day to view all photos from that day.
If you’d like to change the sorting order for the Calendar view, open the More menu 
from the Top App Bar.
- From Decade mode, choose a Sort By option of Ascending or Descending.
- From Year mode, choose a Sort By option of Ascending or Descending
- From the Day mode, choose a Sort By option of Date, Name, Rating, Ascending, or Descending.
Viewing Events
What makes the LifeCalendar unique is that in addition to viewing your photos in chronological order based on image metadata, you can create specific Events to make finding the photos you’re looking for easier than ever. Using Calendar View with Events creates a more personalized experience with viewing your photos, semi-automates the organization of event photos, and makes these photos even easier to find.
Events in Mylio Photos are based on a date or date range. When you create an Event, all photos from the specified date(s) will be automatically grouped together. Mylio Photos will display a colored bar across the bottom of the date(s) to indicate that something important happened in that date range. Events can also be put into Categories and color-coded to make finding specific images simple.
- Click or tap on the Calendar icon

in the left sidebar. - Locate the date that contains the Event you wish to view.
- Click or tap on the Event bar on the calendar to view photos from a specific event.
View and Manage Events in the Info Panel
- Click or tap on the Calendar icon

at the top of the right sidebar to reveal the right panel and access the Info Panel. - The Events section of the Info Panel will list all Events in the selected day, month, or year.
- Click or tap on an Event and choose from the following options:
- See Photos and Files in this Event to see all media for the selected event.
- Play Slideshow to play a slideshow for all media in the selected event.
- Edit Event allows you to change details about the selected event.
- Delete will delete the Event from the calendar but will not delete any media that was included in the Event.
- Priority tells Mylio Photos how to rank this Event compared to other Events.

Using Mylio Photos’ Search tool from the Calendar View on a computer or tablet will search for Events. Mylio Photos will display any Event that contains your search term in a list on the right. Click on an Event in the list on the right to jump to the date of that Event on the Calendar. You can access additional options for viewing and editing an Event by clicking on the ellipsis icon next to the Event name.
