Add Categories to Folders

1. Click or tap on the Folders icon in the left sidebar, then select a folder.

2. Click or tap on the arrow at the top of the right sidebar to reveal the right panel and access the Info Panel.

3. Scroll down to the Categories section and click the plus icon .

*TIP: Add a Category or edit the Category List by clicking the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Category List.

4. When you’re finished adding Categories, click the Apply button to add the selected Categories to your selected folder(s).

!NOTE: When a Category is applied to a Folder, all contents of that folder will inherit the Category. If photos or sub-folders are moved out of the categorized parent Folder, the inherited Category will no longer apply.
