Emailing photos of important moments to friends, family, or colleagues is a great way to keep in touch. Mylio Photos makes emailing photos quick and easy, whether you’re on your computer or using a mobile device on the go.

Emailing Files from a Computer

Mylio works with your computer’s default email client, allowing you to email photos directly from your Mylio Photos Library.

1. Select a photo or series of photos.
2. Click the Share icon from the right sidebar and choose Email.
3. Select the export options you’d like to use.
4. Click the Create Email button to launch your default email client. A new email will be created with your images attached.

*TIP: If you don’t have a default email client selected on your computer or prefer using a webmail service, you can export photos to a folder and then upload them to your preferred webmail service.

Emailing Files from a Phone or Tablet

Mobile devices offer similar email options to those on a computer but must be configured before email creation. If you’d like to customize the size and quality of your shared photos, click here to learn how to change export and sharing settings.

1. Select a photo or series of photos.
2. Tap the Share icon
3. Select your email client to create a new email with your selected image(s) attached.

*TIP: Most email providers place size limits on email attachments. We recommend keeping your email attachments to less than 3MB to ensure they will be delivered.
