Batch Face Tagging is the most efficient way to tag multiple images simultaneously. Mylio Photos will intelligently group untagged faces that are likely the same person, allowing you to accept a specific face tag for that group.

  1. Click the Tools icon in the left sidebar and select Batch Face Tagging .
  2. Mylio Photos will automatically group photos it thinks are the same person and ask you to confirm.
    • If Mylio Photos recognizes the person, a name will be suggested. Compare the name at the top of the screen with the faces below. If they match, click Approve . You can also Reject the match , Ignore the faces , or Skip these faces and return to them later.
    • If Mylio Photos doesn’t recognize the person, you can type a name in the Who is this? field at the top of the screen.
    • If some but not all faces match the suggested name, you can click on them individually to Approve, Select/add another name, or Reject.
  3. When you’re finished, click the in the upper right corner to return to the previous view.

Hi GS - Batch tagging is possible on computers and tablets, but due to the small screen size, it is not possible on phones.

Can I batch tag on iOS app or jest desktop?

Hi Richard - Batch Face Tagging should help speed up the process and allow you to tag multiple images at once. Once you’ve made progress with your tagging, you can find all tagged media under the People View, broken into containers for each person you’ve tagged. You can also use QuickFilters to filter any view to show only photos of a specific person.

From there, you can select the photos you wish to use for your slideshow. You can create a slideshow inside of Mylio Photos. If you’d like to export the files to create your slideshow in another app, you can export the files to a folder on your desktop.

I have spent hours tagging Bill's face from among all the faces that Mylio suggests. It is a never-ending process that could go on forever. I have many tens of thousands of photos.
1) How do I gather the photos that I have already tagged?
2) How can these photos be exported to be put in a slide show?
Please help!
