Suppose you accidentally create multiple tags for a single person (such as one tag with a nickname and another with their given name). In that case, you can follow the instructions below to reassign the images to the correct person.
- Click the People icon

in the left sidebar. - Right-click on the collection with the incorrect name, then tap the kebab icon

in the right sidebar to access the Actions menu, then choose People > Delete Person. This will delete that tag from your library but will not delete any photos or other media.
