Find Untagged Photos

The first collection in People view is Untagged. This smart album contains all images where Mylio Photos has detected a face but hasn’t matched or confirmed it with a name in your Mylio Photos Library.

1. Click the People icon in the left sidebar then double-click on the Untagged collection to open it.
2. Click the question mark icon under each face.
3. Choose a name from the list or type a name into the Who is this?.
   • If the name hasn’t been used before, you’ll be asked to confirm the first and last name. When you’re done, click the Create button.
   • If you don’t know the person or prefer not to tag them, click Ignore.

*TIP: When tagging photos in the grid view, Mylio Photos will automatically Zoom to Face to help you easily identify and tag people. If you’d prefer to see the entire image, click the ellipsis icon in the top app bar to access the More menu and toggle the Zoom to Face option OFF.

*TIP: Save time with keyboard shortcuts – Click the ellipsis icon in the top app bar to access the More menu and choose Settings. Under Advanced, toggle the switch next to When typing names enable 1-5 shortcuts to the ON position. Next time you click on the question mark icon under a face, you can simply use the keyboard to select options 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 to choose a name from the list or type 0 to ignore the face.
