Spaces User Role Preset Permissions

This page explains the permissions applied with each Role Preset when configuring a custom Space. For information on creating custom Space, click here.

*NOTE: Modifying user roles and permission settings in Spaces is only available with Family and Team plans. While you can view these options on an Individual plan, upgrading unlocks full control, allowing you to customize access and collaboration for each guest device. It’s a great way to share your library with family members or team collaborators securely.
