Installing Mylio Photos on a New Computer

Mylio Photos+ can be installed on each computer you have, making it simple to access your Mylio Photos Library from all your devices.

*TIP: If you’re installing for the first time and have not installed and activated Mylio Photos+ on another device, click here for instructions.

1. On the new computer, go to mylio.com/download, click the Download Now button, and install the application on Windows or macOS.

2. Once installed, launch the application and sign in with your Mylio Account email address.

The default device sync policy for computers is SpaceSaver, and sync will begin automatically after successful installation. To change the device sync policy, open the Dashboard, select the computer you wish to modify, and then choose Device Sync Policies.

To receive installation instructions via email:

1. Click the Dashboard icon  in the left sidebar.
2. Select Devices then click the ADD button at the top of the Devices section.
3. Select Computer from the Add Device dialog.
4. Click the button to Send Download Info to your email account, then open this email on the computer you wish to add
