At some point, you’ll want to export edited images from your Mylio Photos Library. Whether you’ve cropped a photo, adjusted exposure and color, or added important metadata like keywords and ratings, Mylio Photos saves these changes as metadata in XMP sidecar files. When you export an image, all of your edits are applied, creating a new file that’s ready to share, post on social media, send to others, or print.

  • On desktop, exported files are saved to a folder of your choice, such as your computer or an external drive.
  • On mobile devices:
    • iOS: Exported files can be saved to the Files app, where you can organize and share them easily.
    • Android: Files are saved to your device’s storage or an external SD card, and you can choose the exact folder to store your exports.

Exporting to a folder on a computer

  1. Select the photo(s) you wish to export, click the Share icon in the right sidebar and choose Export.
  2. Choose an export preset or select the export options you’d like to use.

  1. Click the Export button, choose where you want to save your exported file(s) on your hard drive, then click Save/Open.

Exporting to a folder on a mobile device

  1. Select the photo(s) you wish to export, then tap the Share icon and choose Share.
  2. The first time you export, you’ll be prompted to choose an export preset or manually select your export options (file format, size, etc.). These settings will be saved as the default for future exports. If you need to adjust them for any export, tap the settings icon .
    1. On iOS devices, choose Save to Files to store your photos in the Files app.
    2. On Android devices, select a folder in your device’s internal storage or an SD card to save your exported files.

Hi Alberto - You can narrow down the images you see using QuickFilters > By Date. Once you have the date range of media you want to export showing, choose Select All, then right-click on the selection and choose Export. Here is some additional information that should help: https://manual.mylio.com/topic/using-quickfilters-in-mylio-photos
