If a connected cloud drive (such as OneDrive or Google Drive) appears offline in the Dashboard, even when your internet connection is active, it usually means that the Cloud service logged you out or the authorization has expired. Mylio Photos can’t communicate with that drive until authorization is restored. Refreshing the connection is quick and restores normal syncing.
How to Refresh the Cloud Drive Connection
- Click the Dashboard icon
in the left sidebar.
- Choose Devices to view all connected computers, mobile devices, and cloud drives.
- Find the cloud drive that is showing as offline and open its Device Card.
- In the upper-right corner of the Device Card, select the Refresh icon
, then sign In if Prompted
