Mylio Photos makes it easy to access advanced troubleshooting with the Show Support Options on Startup command.
- Click the question mark icon in the top app bar
- Click More Help Options to access the Help menu.
- Choose Advanced, then Show Support Options on Startup.
- Click the Close button to quit Mylio Photos then restart Mylio Photos. The first screen you see will be Support Options.
Using the Support Options Menu
The Support Options menu has several choices to help resolve various issues.
Submit Logs – This allows you to submit application logs to the support team for diagnostic purposes. Please note that this does NOT create a support ticket and should only be used when directed by a Mylio Support representative.
Contact Support – Opens a form within Mylio Photos that allows you to contact our Support team directly and provides them with diagnostic data to help them quickly resolve your issue.
Open in safe mode – This option opens Mylio Photos with many functions (like syncing and scanning for new files) turned off. In most cases, this will give you access to your photos when something may be causing Mylio Photos not to open or operate unexpectedly.
Repair a catalog – In most cases, Mylio Photos will alert you if your catalog needs to be repaired. You can also use this option to force a repair, even if you haven’t been prompted.
Factory Reset Mylio Photos – This option restores the Mylio Photos application to its original state on the current device. Resetting Mylio Photos does not delete any photos. If you want to start over with Mylio Photos fully, please use the Contact Support option; one of our specialists will provide instructions.
Open a Conole – This option may be used to access advanced troubleshooting options and is best used when directed by a Mylio Support representative.
Open Mylio Photos with a different profile – Log in to an alternate Mylio Photos account.
