Open Mylio, click the View Menu in the Navigation Bar, and choose Help.

Enter a Subject, then describe the problem you’re experiencing in the Comments section. Please add as much information as possible, including the steps you took in Mylio that led to the issue.
Click the Upload button to send your support request. One of our Support specialists will be in touch with you via email as soon as possible.
