Keywords in Mylio are fully searchable and make it easy to get organized and find images. Here’s a guide to adding and editing keywords for single images or groups of photos.

To add and edit keywords for individual images:

  1. Open Mylio and select the image you want to apply keywords to.
  2. Open the Info Panel in the Details Panel.

  1. Scroll down to the Keywords section and add or edit keywords. When entering multiple keywords, each keyword or key phrase should be separated by a comma (e.g., Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica).

To add and edit keywords for groups of images:

  1. Open Mylio and select the images from grid view you want to apply keywords to.
  2. Open the Info Panel in the Details Panel.

  1. Scroll down to the Keywords section and click the Edit Keywords button.

  1. In the Keywords to Add field, list the keywords separated with a comma, that you would like to add to the group of photos.
  2. If the selected images already have keywords applied, you can choose one of the following actions for each keyword:
    • Remove the keyword from all selected photos using the X icon.
    • Leave the keyword “as is” using the ٭ (asterisk) icon.
    • Add the keyword to all selected photos using the checkmark icon.

  1. Click the Apply button when you are finished.
