Adding multiple Vaults provides additional protection for your Mylio Library. You can choose to keep a Vault with you in your laptop bag, for example. Or, set up one Vault at home and one at your office.
To add an additional Vault:
- Open the Dashboard view.
- Select Add Device from the Actions section or Add from the Devices section.
- Choose from the following options, keeping in mind that the device you’re choosing must have enough available storage for your entire Mylio Library.
- External Drive
- Cloud Service
- NAS
- Phone or Tablet (not recommended as a Vault)
- Computer
- Once a device has been selected, Mylio will guide you through the setup process
