The Devices section in your Mylio account lists every device associated with your account. There are two icons next to most devices:

  • Click the envelope icon to create a support ticket if you are having a technical problem with a device related to Mylio. Our Support team will get in touch and help you with a solution.
  • Click the X icon to unregister and remove a device from your account. Do this if you no longer want a phone, tablet, or computer to sync with your Mylio Library.

To Create a Mylio Support Ticket for a Specific Device

  1. Go to account.mylio.com and log in to your Mylio account.
  2. Under Devices, click the envelope icon next to the device that’s having issues to open a Support contact form.
  3. Enter a Subject and describe the issue in the comments. Include Basic log unless you’ve contacted Support and they’ve directed you otherwise.
  4. Click OK to send a message to our Support team. One of our representatives will be in touch with you as soon as possible via email.

To Unregister a Device

Unregistering a device from Mylio will remove the device from your account and stop Mylio from syncing photos and videos with that device. Your photos will not be deleted.

  1. Go to account.mylio.com and log in to your Mylio account.
  2. Under Devices, click the X next to the device you want to unregister and remove from Mylio.
  3. Confirm that you want to unregister the device by typing Delete and then clicking OK.
  4. You can now safely remove the Mylio application from your device.
