The Devices section in your Mylio account lists every device associated with your account. There are two icons next to most devices:
- Click the envelope icon to create a support ticket if you are having a technical problem with a device related to Mylio. Our Support team will get in touch and help you with a solution.
- Click the X icon to unregister and remove a device from your account. Do this if you no longer want a phone, tablet, or computer to sync with your Mylio Library.
To Create a Mylio Support Ticket for a Specific Device
- Go to account.mylio.com and log in to your Mylio account.
- Under Devices, click the envelope icon next to the device that’s having issues to open a Support contact form.
- Enter a Subject and describe the issue in the comments. Include Basic log unless you’ve contacted Support and they’ve directed you otherwise.
- Click OK to send a message to our Support team. One of our representatives will be in touch with you as soon as possible via email.
To Unregister a Device
Unregistering a device from Mylio will remove the device from your account and stop Mylio from syncing photos and videos with that device. Your photos will not be deleted.
- Go to account.mylio.com and log in to your Mylio account.
- Under Devices, click the X next to the device you want to unregister and remove from Mylio.
- Confirm that you want to unregister the device by typing Delete and then clicking OK.
- You can now safely remove the Mylio application from your device.
