Moving Files and Folders

Organizing files helps keep your Mylio Library easy to use and navigate. Mylio offers several ways to move files between folders.

• Drag and Drop allows you to drag folders from one folder to another. Learn how to enable Confirm for Drag and Drop.
• Move to Folder lets you choose a specific location to move a photo or folder via the Actions Menu in the Quick Actions Bar.
• New Folder with Selected Items enables you to select multiple photos or folders and create a new folder for the selected items via the Actions Menu in the Quick Actions Bar.
• Mylio Clipboard is a temporary holding spot that helps you easily move multiple photos or folders between albums. Learn about Creating and Populating Albums with Mylio Clipboard.

!WARNING: Moving files and folders in Mylio also moves those files and folders in your computer’s file system.
