Signing in to Mylio for the First Time and Creating an Account

When you launch Mylio for the first time, you’ll see a short welcome message. After clicking Continue, you’ll be prompted to sign in or create an account. New accounts can be created using an active email address or via a third-party login with Microsoft, Google, Apple, or Facebook.

To create an account using an email address:

1. Enter your email address and create a password, then click Continue.
2. Mylio will prompt you to check your email to verify your email address.
3. Once your email address is confirmed, you’ll be able to sign in to Mylio.

To create an account using a third-party login:

1. Click the icon for Microsoft, Google, Apple, or Facebook at the bottom of the login screen.
2. Log in to the third-party account.
3. Authorize Mylio as an app.

!NOTE: If you already created a Mylio account before downloading, please sign in using the same information. You should use the same account for every device you want to sync with.

!NOTE: If devices are on different accounts or logins (such as household members who want to share a Mylio Library, but use different Apple IDs), they will not be able to see each other or share a common library.
