Update Your Email Address
- Go to account.mylio.com and log in to your Mylio account.
- Under Account, click on the Change button next to your email address.
- Enter your new email address twice to confirm the change, then select OK.
- The next time you launch Mylio, you’ll be prompted to log in using the new email address.
!NOTE: If you created your account using a third-party sign-in such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, or Apple, you will need to continue logging in to Mylio using that account, even after changing the email address associated with your account.
Update Your Password
- Go to account.mylio.com and log in to your Mylio account.
- Under Account, click on the Change button next to Change your Password.
- Enter your new password twice, then enter your old password to confirm the change, then click OK.
- You will be asked to enter the new password the next time you open Mylio on any of your devices.
Reset a Lost or Forgotten Password
- Go to account.mylio.com or open Mylio if you are not yet signed in on that device.
- Below the Mylio sign-in, click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Mylio account and click OK.
- Check your email and follow the included instructions to reset your Mylio password.
- You will be asked to enter the new password the next time you open Mylio on any of your devices.
!NOTE: If your account was created using a third-party sign-in method (Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Facebook) please sign in using that method instead of an email and password.
