Mylio Photos’ keyboard shortcuts make tagging people fast and efficient. When enabled, you can use the numbers on your keyboard to tag faces and quickly move to the next face or photo.
- Select a photo with a person or people, and open it in Single Photo View.
- Click the Face Tagging icon in the right sidebar.
- If Mylio Photos detects a face, you’ll be prompted to identify the person in the photo.
- If you have previously tagged this person, select their name from the list by typing
1

,3
,4
, or5
.You can also start typing a name into the Who is this? field to locate a name, then select it using the corresponding number.
- If you have previously tagged this person, select their name from the list by typing
- If multiple faces are highlighted with circles, repeat step 3 for each person in the photo.
- If a face is detected, but you don’t know the person or prefer not to tag them, type
0
to Ignore it. - To ignore all untagged faces in a photo, type
ctrl + 0
(Windows) orcmd + 0
(macOS).

Hi Leslie - When you double-click on an image in the grid (grid view), you’ll see a larger version of your photo. This is Single Photo View. You may also see the Filmstrip at the bottom of the screen. You can turn this off if you wish from the More menu (… in the upper right corner). To enable Face Tagging, double-click on a photo, then click the Face Tagging icon in the right sidebar. This will highlight each recognizable face in the photo with an oval that you can click on and name. So how do I find the "Single Photo View". All I can seem to find is a row of pictures across the bottom of the screen encapsulated with a blue square which then shows about the row in full size. the face tagging button this does not send a loop around the face of the untagged person.
