Although all edits in Mylio Photos are non-destructive—meaning you can always revert to the original—there are still many reasons you might want to create a duplicate of a file. Duplicating allows you to:
- Apply different edits or styles for creative variations
- Create alternate crops or aspect ratios for printing or social media
- Prepare different versions for export
To duplicate a file:
- Select the photo, video, or document you want to duplicate.
- Right-click the selection or tap the Actions Menu icon

in the right sidebar. - Choose Photo > Duplicate. A copy of the file will appear in the same folder with a modified name, ready for use.
