Hi Thomas - If the devices listed in the notification are connected, but syncing is slow or stopped, please try the steps listed here: https://support.mylio.com/en/articles/8055413-troubleshooting-unable-to-sync-photos-between-devices
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact our support team directly via the in-app Help menu (preferred) or at support.mylio.com so they can take a closer look at the issue.

Hi, I have been unable to find in the manual an explanation and recommended action for a message that I have encounter in the Sync panel: "This device is out of sync by Media. Please turn on one of the devices to continue syncing". The devices listed were the computer and connected vaults, all showing "last connected Now". Please include an explanation in the manual as to what to do. PS. I seem to have overcome the hangup and Mylio Drive is slowly syncing. Apologies if I have overlooked the information should it be in the manual.
