Supported File Types

Mylio Photos supports many photo, video, and document formats. The table below outlines the supported file types and level of compatibility.

Compatibility Levels

• Import – These files can be imported into the Mylio Photos Library.
• Sync – These files can sync between Mylio Photos+ devices.
• View – These files can be viewed in Mylio Photos.
• Edit – These files can be edited in Mylio Photos.

!NOTE: If you are photographing using a Raw format, please click here to ensure your camera is supported.

Supported File Types

Video Support

Mylio Photos uses your device’s native video viewer to play videos. This means some videos may not play properly if your computer’s native video viewer is not designed to play that video format.

*NOTE: Playback of MTS video formats is limited to macOS and Windows, only. If you’d like to play these file on iOS or Android, please consider converting these files to a different format (e.g. MP4).

*NOTE: Changing the default video player in your operating system will not change the video playback application used by Mylio Photos.
