The Mylio Photos Help option puts the most essential resources for assistance at your fingertips. To view a guided help overlay and access the Help menu, click or tap the question mark icon in the top app bar. You can also access the Help menu from the More menu or use the Help menu in the operating system menu bar.
The guided help overlay provides an overview of Mylio Photos so you can easily find essential tools.
- Choose the Skip for Now button to close the Help options.
- Click or tap the Next button to see an overlay of the left sidebar, right sidebar, and top bar.
- Select More Help Options to view the Help menu.
Inside the Help menu, you’ll find several options:
- Learn Mylio Photos – Opens the Learn Panel.
- Troubleshooting – Opens a https://support.mylio.com where you can search how-to and troubleshooting articles, as well as access live chat with Mylio support.
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Opens https://mylio.com/faq where you can get answers to the most frequently asked questions about Mylio Photos.
- Contact Mylio Support – Opens a window in Mylio Photos with instructions for filing a help ticket with Mylio Support.
- Submit Logs – Opens a window in Mylio Photos with instructions for sending application logs to Mylio Support. Please note that sending logs does NOT automatically create a support ticket. To create a support ticket, please use the Contact Mylio Support option.
- Add/Remove Sample Library – Add or remove the sample library.
- Advanced
- Show Support Options on Startup – Access advanced troubleshooting options.
- Console – Access the Mylio Photos Console.
