Copy and Paste is a quick and easy way to export images from Mylio Photos to use in other applications. Mylio Photos uses your operating system’s clipboard to temporarily store a copy of your photo that you can paste into most applications or even image-ready fields in a web browser.
Using Copy and Paste on a Computer
Copying an image from Mylio Photos will temporarily create a full-size JPG image and place it on your system clipboard, ready to paste into other documents or applications. If you prefer additional control over the copy-and-paste settings, such as the file size, resolution, or what metadata is embedded, you can specify these settings by clicking the Share icon and tapping the settings icon next to System Clipboard.

- Select your photo(s): Choose a single image or a series of images that you’d like to copy.
- Copy the images.
- Acess the Actions menu by clicking the vertical three-dot icon in the right sidebar. Select Clipboard > Copy.
- Acess the Actions menu by right-clicking on the selected image(s), then choosing Clipboard > Copy.

(macOS) to copy your images.
- Switch to the destination app: Navigate to the application or location (Windows Explorer or macOS Finder) where you want to paste the images.
- Paste the images: Open the Edit menu in the application or file system, then select Paste. Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcuts

- Click the Share icon in the right sidebar and choose System Clipboard.
- The first time you share to the system clipboard, you’ll be prompted to choose an export preset or manually select your export options (file format, size, etc.). These settings will be saved as the default for future exports. If you need to adjust them for any export, tap the settings icon .
- Click the Share to System Clipboard button.
- Switch to the destination app: Navigate to the application or location (Windows Explorer or macOS Finder) where you want to paste the images.

Copying an image from Mylio Photos will temporarily create an image file and place it on your system clipboard, ready to paste into other documents or applications. If you prefer additional control over the copy-and-paste settings, such as the file size, resolution, or what metadata is embedded, you can specify these settings by tapping the Share icon and clicking the settings icon next to Share.

- Select your photo(s): Choose a single image or a series of images that you’d like to copy.
- Tap the Share icon , then choose Share to access iOS share menu.
- The first time you share on your mobile device, you’ll be prompted to choose an export preset or manually select your export options (file format, size, etc.). These settings will be saved as the default for future exports. If you need to adjust them for any export, tap the settings icon , make any necessary adjustments, then click Continue.
- Select Copy.
- Switch to the application where you’d like to use the image(s). Tap and hold, then tap Paste.
