Whether you’re refining your folder structure, organizing recent imports from the Mylio InBox, or consolidating content from multiple devices, Mylio Photos makes it easy to move files and folders while keeping everything in sync across your library.
You can move individual photos or videos into more specific folders based on events, people, or projects. You can also move entire subfolders to group related content under a different parent folder.
How to Move Files or Folders
- Click the Spaces icon
in the left sidebar.
- Select the Everything Space to ensure full access to all folders and files in your library.
- If prompted, enter your PIN code to unlock restricted content.
- Select the photo(s), video(s), or folder(s) you want to move.
- Right-click your selection (or tap the Actions Menu icon
in the right sidebar), then choose:
- Photo*/*Folder > Move to Folder
- or go to Organize > Move to Folder in the operating system menu bar.
- In the Choose Destination dialog, choose where to place the selected media using one of the following methods:
- Filter by folder name to quickly search for an existing folder.
- Browse the folder tree to navigate to the desired folder.
- Select an existing folder in the folder tree and click New Folder to create a new destination folder on the spot.
- Use the Recent Folders section to quickly access previously used destinations.
- Once you’ve selected your destination, click Select to complete the move.
